Should there be any issue with a doll received, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at cherishedcrochetdolls@gamil.com with the subject heading "Order".

Shipping Information

All dolls (both Ready to Ship and custom doll orders) are sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed for unless otherwise stated.

​

For Ready to Ship Dolls, the tracking number will be emailed to the PayPal email used to make payment. Allow up to 48 hours Monday - Friday to receive tracking number.

If a Ready to Ship Doll was purchased during the weekend it will be posted the next working day and a tracking number will be sent.

For Custom Dolls you will receive a PayPal invoice to make payment. Once full payment has been made you will receive an email within 24 hours.

​

Please ensure your PayPal address and your shipping address match and confirm your address before you check out as you may incur reshipping costs if your package is returned to us.
